Brunello di Montalcino

Vinification and Maturation:

The wine is 100% Sangiovese. The grapes are harvested the last week of September, first week of October. The vinification takes place in steel tanks with controlled temperature for 15/20 days. It is aged for a minimum of 36 months in oak casks from Slavonia and then in the bottle for an additional 4 months.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Intense ruby red with light garnet reflection

Bouquet: characteristic, intense, red wild fruits, vanille, spices

Flavor: Dry, warm, lightly tannic, full bodied and harmonic

Serving Suggestions: Mature cheeses, mushrooms, truffle, pasta, red meat, and game.

Vinification and Maturation:

The wine is 100% Sangiovese. The grapes are harvested the last week of September, first week of October. The vinification takes place in steel tanks with controlled temperature for 15/20 days. It is aged in steel tanks for a short period of minimum 6 months in oak barrels.

Color: Intense ruby red

Bouquet: Winey, floreal recalls note, wild berries

Flavor: Full body, fruity, light tannic, soft

Serving Suggestions: Mature cheese, meat dishes and game.
